I wonder how is better on twitter to use your name or your company / website name?
I have this big dilemma. Now I have 2 accounts, one with my name and one with my website (actually future web site as is under construction). I don’t know how to continue. I asked myself which is more powerful my “personal” name or my “corporate” name and it’s a difficult answer. Many people know my personal name and this can be an asset now but in the long run I would like build a real brand from my “corporate name”.
What do you think?
And another question: shall I twitt in Romanian or in English? I target Romanians but I have also many foreign friends and colleagues. If I’ll twitt in Romanian I’ll loose them. If I’ll twitt in English it might be difficult for part of my Romanian target. What do you recommend?

thanks for the comment and sorry for the late response.
Regarding your questions here is my advice:
1. Your twitter name should be one that stands out from the crowd. In many cases your name is not enough. A good example is Laura Filton who twitts under her business name, Pistachio. She also gets a lot of search engine credit from this name. If you look to her twitter profile you can see how she linked her name with her business name. My advice is to find a business name that stands out and link it with your name. In this way people who look for your personal name will reach your business.
2. For the language I think you have the answer: you should twitt in the language that your target can understand. For your friends you can use one account and twitt in English and for your business twit in Romanian on another account.
